Heather is a private practicing midwife, antenatal educator and owner of a busy midwifery practice in Pretoria. Heather’s passion is assisting couples to have positive birthing experiences and empowering them to believe in their own abilities as they embark on parenthood. She does this by offering an ideal community set up with complete holistic care at her Birth House in Pretoria. Heather is also an advocate for younger midwives, doulas and other birth practitioners who need encouragement and a gentle nudge into private practice as she loves the opportunity to lead from behind whilst they develop their wings.
