Birth Keeper Stories

Home Birth midwives and doulas are committed to the women they attend in labour.

Their lives are not their own, they are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and their families always take second place. They miss birthdays, wedding anniversaries and other special occasions to attend your birth.

They sit, patiently, in your home, bringing you a feeling of comfort and safety, monitoring your and your baby’s well being, waiting for the baby to emerge.

And they rejoice with each birth.
